THERE IS MUSIC IN THE AIR......

Welcome to the Southern Colorado Community Band's 20th Anniversary Season!

Our rehearsals begin on Thursday, September 10th at 7:00 in the Canon City High School band room. Anyone with band experience is welcome to check us out. Please spread the word and mark your calendars for our fall concert on November 8th.

SCCB members are volunteer musicians from Fremont and neighboring counties ranging in age from teenagers to retired folks. We rehearse weekly from Labor Day through May in preparation for our free performances given throughout our concert season. Celebrating the tradition of the concert band while doing what we love is what brings us together; we hope that you will join us in the audience or as a band member at our next performance. Weekly rehearsals occur on Thursdays at Canon City High School in the band room (7pm). We are currently looking for additional percussion players, however, we welcome anyone with band experience to check us out!
